As a member of our leasing department, I am in charge of everything that has to do with all accounts. Whether it is a sink not draining, or a heating or cooling unit that is not keeping the correct temp conditions control. Or maybe a pizzeria that has a terrible indoor air quality. Every one of us currently manage various buildings that have mixed-use zoning. One immense commercial building has more than one pizzeria, various offices and even some residential units. Currently, the amount of leasing accounts every one of us have are various and varied. After the HVAC, plumbing and electrical device is installed, it must be officially maintained. The asset and the life of these buildings are too substantial to ignore. As a leasing agent, I get my livelihood from finding the correct renters for the right office space, but that will be impossible without working HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Right now, I have more than one residing unit that needs an HVAC tune-up, 1 retail store which is not heating correctly and 3 units that have a plumbing issue. Currently, the ventilation in a dining room of 1 of the pizzerias is not pulling the hot air out, as it should, resulting in a terrible indoor air quality for that pizzeria. These are just some the calls for HVAC and plumbing service that I’ve received this week, and that does not count the tied up HVAC preventive services on the calendar. Without the necessary HVAC services, it will be impossible to keep everything leased. Just the need for all the new A/C filters, and the HVAC tune-ups are numerous, but very beneficial.
