Since there was always so much extra hair in the air, my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filters get congested faster than you would ever believe.
If there was anything that you should guess about me, is how much I love critters. My entire life has been spent taking care of critters of all shapes and sizes, but growing up, all of us had the designated zoo in our village. When any other families would find abandoned or injured critters they would consistently drop them off on our front doorstep. Luckily, my mom didn’t mind too much and had some background veterinary medical expertise. Every one of us inspected critters important and small, and I even gained to enjoy every living creature. These afternoons, as an adult, I have my own lake house “zoo.” I can tell you, it’s a lot more stressful to be the adult caretaker in the situation. Suddenly, I not only have to worry about feeding and caring for the critters, although I also have to maintain the house that all of us all live in. One of the greatest challenges I face is properly maintaining my indoor air quality. You see, when you have a plethora of critters running around, you automatically get more dander and hair floating in the air. Not only is this disturbing to your respiratory plan and your dust irritations, but it does a real number on your Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. Since there was always so much extra hair in the air, my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filters get congested faster than you would ever believe. If I do not keep up with increasing out my air filters every various weeks, my central heating and cooling plan ends up running over time due to the extra resistance. This amounts to much added wear and tear on your furnace and cooling system. The hair and dander are such a major concern that I have set a permanent calendar reminder on my iphone, which notifies myself and others every week when my air filter is going to be completely congested. It’s a pain, but I’ll have to do whatever it takes for these critters!
