Air conditioning can help keep you calm

If I am overheated when I have a panic attack, the heat makes it a single hundred times worse plus it feels love my chest is caving in.

I am a category A person all the way. One of my hobbies in life is making checklists plus crossing them off. I love to have things done on time, usually before they are due plus I don’t care for being late. I am efficient, quick plus hardlaboring. All of these aspects help me be a successful human being, but having a Type A personality can also come with disadvantage effects. I get stressed legitimately really when things don’t go my way. I often have panic attacks. If things are out of my control, I still stress them although I shouldn’t. One of the best tools in my lake cabin that helps keep me calm is my air conditioning. I tend to run hot when I get stressed out, which happens to be a majority of the time, however when I get panic attacks, my whole body heats up plus I start dripping with sweat. Turning the air conditioning on absolutely helps me out because it cools my entire body down plus makes me more calm. If I am overheated when I have a panic attack, the heat makes it a single hundred times worse plus it feels love my chest is caving in. I am legitimately grateful that I have central air conditioning plus I also have a smart thermostat that connects to an app on my iPhone. If I am ever feeling stressed plus I guess my body heating up, I can adjust the temperature in my lake cabin from the app on my iPhone legitimately easily. Air conditioning is legitimately helpful for my Type A, distraught personality.
