I have a friend who is in the market for a house in our section plus so he’s been driving around all over the place looking for a place that he likes. So far, the only home that he entirely likes plus that is in a entirely good section has a big problem. The complication is that the house, during basically good shape, has a completely defunct plus worn out Heating plus A/C system. The furnace system was broken down plus they certainly needed to get a whole new furnace installed in the basement furnace room. My friend said that he was trying to decide if he wanted to buy a home plus then have to turn around plus spend lots of money on installing a brand new heating plus air conditioner. He said that he was going to ask the sellers if they might be willing to job on the price of the home some since he was going to be spending at least $4,000 as soon as they finished with the closing. I thought that it entirely wouldn’t work, since the home was priced pretty good to begin with. I told him that maybe they had priced it that low to start with because they knew that whoever purchased the home would have to put in a new furnace plus central air conditioner almost instantaneously. My friend entirely likes the home plus so I suppose he should go ahead plus put an offer in on the home anyway. I mean, the home is certainly pretty cheap plus so it won’t be too much of a financial strain for him to have to spend money for an Heating plus A/C contractor to come out plus install a new Heating plus A/C system in the house.
