When I was an Heating plus A/C corporation, I would have never imagined that owning our own Heating plus A/C contractor could be so difficult, however it is.
It was so much easier being an Heating plus A/C corporation that was working for an Heating plus A/C contractor rather than running our own! As I said before, there was a important reading curve when I took over our own Heating plus A/C dealer, however one of the hardest lessons that I had to learn was that I couldn’t trust everyone, then even as an Heating plus A/C corporation, I was a naturally trusting guy. When I started our own Heating plus A/C dealer, I brought on a few Heating plus A/C corporations. I figured that since they began with me, they would become the natural leaders in the Heating plus A/C contractor that I was going to build, and they were hard-working and ambitious. What I didn’t realize was that they were focused on making a profit using our Heating plus A/C dealer. After a few weeks into running our own business, the other Heating plus A/C corporations began stealing supplies and tasks right from under our nose, however finally, when I realized what they were doing, they left our Heating plus A/C contractor and started their own Heating plus A/C dealer. Thankfully, their contractor failed, although I l received that I couldn’t trust everyone as the owner of a business. Now, I only trust a few Heating plus A/C corporations in our dealer. There is only a single other guy with a key, and this Heating plus A/C corporation is also a family member of mine. I can’t trust that all of our employees have great intentions.
