Baking company leads to zoned heating and cooling

I’ve constantly liked to bake cakes, pies, cookies, muffins and all sorts of treats.

I make everything from scratch and often come up with current recipes. At first, I gave away most of our baked goodies to friends, family and neighbors. As word-of-mouth spread, I started getting asked to bake for special events. I began earning money supplying treats for birthday and birthday parties, ceremonys and showers and holiday celebrations. I realized that it was time to make some updates to our family room. I needed to invest in some industrial sized baking equipment, including a current mixer, cooling racks, baking pans, a larger stove and a cooler. I also looked into possibilities for our home’s heating and cooling system. The oven produces a lot of heat and our family wasn’t ecstatic smelling all of the weird treats baking. The smell would get into the HVAC duct and spread throughout the house. The Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C dealer commanded upgrading to zoned temperature control and adding an UV air purifier. The zoned control was a easy matter of installing valves into the HVAC duct and independent thermostats in each room. I’m now able to customize temperature in the family room without affecting the rest of the house. This has improved comfort while minimizing running costs and stress on the oil furnace and a/c. The UV air purifier effectively handles the baking smells and removes airborne contaminants to keep a cleaner and healthier home, and even if our baking company doesn’t work out for me, I’ll be ecstatic I made these investments. The zoned heating and cooling and UV air purifier were smart decisions that benefit the whole family.
