Closing on the condo

When I divorced my wife, I didn’t care much about where I was going to live because I was devastated.  Then, it hit that I was also about to become a single father and i would need someplace nice and safe for my kids to stay, when they were with me.  I got a good realtor to help me find a condo that had three bedrooms and would be good for two almost teenagers. I found a really cool condo and I wanted all of the inspection done before I moved in.  I knew the condo was close to the schools and it was in a good part of town, where I would feel safe to allow them out without me being there all of the time. I called the HVAC company and I asked if they could come out and do a final inspection of the heating and air conditioning.  I already knew there were no major flaws with the condo itself, and this was the last thing I needed to do before I made closings. The HVAC technician set up a date and time, and I was there to greet him. He went over the entire HVAC system. He did some tests to check the energy efficiency of the HVAC and told me that it wasn’t working as well as it should be.  He was able to fix the problem in just a couple of minutes. Other than cleaning and replacing the air filter, he said the HVAC system was in good shape and should last for several years, with the proper amount of scheduled maintenance. I know this home will be the perfect for myself and my children.
