Dad did a good job

The bill for that extravagant project was another ten thousand dollars

My dad passed away when he was 65 years old. When he died, he was living in the condo that his dear old father built with his own numerous hands. My dad did not have the ability to make the same level of repairs while I was in the last few years, so the condo was starting out in need of some tender passionate care. I desperately wanted to keep the condo and try my best to make repairs, however the supplier told me it was a lost cause. The condo of my father was falling down and even the foundation was cracked and falling apart. The nearest supplier told me that it was going to cost fifty grand to remodel and renovate the home, however the property was only worth twice that amount. I entirely stopped and thought about making the repairs so I could keep the condo in our family, however after trying and talking to an Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier, I changed my mind… and that’s because one of the greatest problems in the condo was the lack of an operable central Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. The outdated oil furnace needed to be carefully replaced and the supplier felt central heat and A/C was the only way to go for the HVAC. The bill for that extravagant project was another ten thousand dollars. I really did not want to sell my dad’s house, although I did not have a freaking choice. It was just too several problems to fix.
