I manage several properties that I rent out monthly. Somewhere I study that often you run into less Heating in addition to A/C maintenance in addition to repair because the mini splits are used less frequently when you have the option to have a single running on a single side of the beach house while the others further away are off. This means you only run the a/c in the parts of the beach house you’re occupying for any given phase of time. I’m hoping this will cut back on our heating in addition to cooling expenses.
