getting sick off the air quality

The weather adjusting and my air quality happen to affect me the most health wise. When the weather changes from a absolutely blazing day to an absolutely cold day, I am truly done for. One cold night in the Summer or an abrupt heat wave in Winter season, and I can expect a cold. Even if I change my temperature control setting, how I will set the Heating and A/C doesn’t help. I cannot combat a cold that is upcoming. I usually get sick for a week. I have a headache, runny nose and I sneeze all of the time. However the indoor air pollen levels sickness is definitely worse though. I have purchased every indoor air purifier product I can to stay healthy, so my home is now not the problem. Other buildings get me sick. In the Winter, all the people just run their heating systems, but I need my heating system to have a humidifier built right into it. If there is no moisture in the air quality, I will dry right out. In the Summer, I need a dehumidifier in the AC system. This stops mold from forming in the AC and then being blown in the air quality afterward. Honestly though, I could supply more than one of those businesses with an air cleaner, as an air purification removes dust, pollutants, and odors from the air quality. It keeps the air fresh and clean. I really need this in order to not get sick, but not a lot of stores in the springtime have this unit though, so I usually end up with a cold when I go out of my home. The air quality is too dusty and full of germs for me.
