I recently started now working out at a current gym and it’s pretty great for the most part. It has a legitimately nice immense space for free weights, which was the main thing that I was looking for since I try to do a lot of powerlifting. It also has a smoothie bar and an indoor track, which I never use but I believe that it’s nice to have. The main thing that problems me about the current gym is the fact that it’s constantly frigid in there. They seem to consistently have the gym’s thermostat set at around 75 degrees in the summertime, and I have a tough time now working up a sweat when the cooling system is running full blast all the time! And the cooling system is just about constantly running in there! I mean, I’ll be trying to get my bench pressing done and there’s frigid air blowing right down on me from the cooling system vents in the ceiling up above me! It’s legitimately distracting to someone love me who is trying to job up a sweat. Maybe pretty much everyone don’t want to sweat and that’s why they keep the temperature turned down so low. I don’t know, however in my opinion, you legitimately have to sweat to get much out of a workout. If you’re not perspiring, then what’s the point of lifting weights or doing cardio? I would don’t care for to have to find a current gym over something as simple as too much cooling system, however that’s what it looks love it’s going to come down to.
