I am intimidated and fascinated by the frozen tundra

There is something undoubtedly awe-inspiring about looking at the ravages of the cold Winter on the lake. I stood on the shore of the lake, looking out at the frozen tundra. It was difficult to realize there was a vast body of water beneath all the ice below me. It reminded myself and others of a scene from a show about the Arctic. There was ice as far as I could possibly see. I walked back to my house, wondering what kind of destruction my beloved house had. I never really thought about my beloved house when I was looking at the lake. If the Winter could make these amazing fluctuations to a body of water, what was it doing to my beloved home? I knew I had to have my old house checked. The wind buffeted my roof in addition to siding all Winter season long. The ice in addition to snow laid heavily in the yard, covering the air conditioner unit. My oil furnace ran continually as well. I was concerned that I was doing destruction to everything, in addition to I hadn’t done anything to take care of it in several years. I made a vow that this year I was going to make a change. I had a construction company come over to check out my home. The roof needed some work; I also had to have the siding repaired. The building business told myself and others he was going to have a Hlheating, ventilation as well as A/C worker come in in addition to look at the oil furnace in addition to the air conditioner unit. He explained that A/C units were made to withstand the weather. The oil furnace was in nice shape, however it needed a nice cleaning. All in all, my beloved house was faring well, even through the dire cold weather…
