My husband and I quarrel over almost everything. However we haven’t even been married all that long. And the two of us both have entirely serious strong personalities! I attribute many of these concerns to this fact. I thought everything should be smooth sailing after our ceremony. I wore the most perfect dress, and then the two of us got married inside the most charming little church. Then, the two of us purchased our dream home right away. It was supposed to be one long vacation from then on. Then all the hard stuff was supposed to be over, right? Yesterday afternoon he and I got into it over calling the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist. I mentioned it might be a great idea to get someone to come look at our HVAC system. I knew that it was a newer model because when the two of us purchased the house, this was a single one of the selling points. I also knew the two of us had no idea what the date was of the last time it had been checked by a professional. We were certainly going to be using our Heating and Air Conditioning system very soon as the weather was starting to get wintery. It was the dumbest little thing, but somehow it exploded into this crucial fight. He said it wasn’t the best time to spend any money. Heating and Air Conditioning specialists were costly. I replied it would be significantly less costly than having to call the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist on some emergency call in the middle of Winter time because our HVAC had a problem. We went back and forth for like this for some twenty minutes about a stupid Heating and Air Conditioning system but neither of us would budge. To be continued I guess. We just always both figured we’re right, and not a thing the other person says can begin to change this unless somehow we’re proven to be wrong. In this case, I suppose it could be stupid to wait until our Heating and Air Conditioning system breaks down completely just to prove the point I was right.
