I can’t think that I forgot to turn the heating systems off at the church, but right now, because of the pandemic that is happening all over the country, the two of us are not able to meet in guy at the church.
This has made things really unusual for the church.
Since I am in charge of making sure that the control units are set to the common temperature, this also means that the schedule for the control units had to change; I spent an entire morning changing the schedules of all of the control units at the church so that the heating systems wouldn’t turn on unless the temperature at the church dropped below a particular temperature. The only control units that I left programmed were the control units that were controlling the heating systems in the auditorium where the two of us filmed our live services, however, Last week, while preparing for one of the greatest afternoons of the year, the two of us had all of the heating systems turned on to keep the entire church warm… All of us were in most of the building, so the heating systems needed to keep everyone warm. However, I felt like such an idiot when I forgot to turn the heating systems off. I didn’t even realize the heating systems were on until I came back to the church the following week, but do you suppose how much money on electricity in addition to natural gas that I wasted because I didn’t remember to turn off the oil furnaces? I am afraid that our pastor is going to be really angry with me. I wish that the two of us were just having normal services again so that I wouldn’t have to worry about the Heating and A/C unit.
