About a month ago, my wife and I started to experience some trouble with our central air unit. At first, both of us hoped the trouble would go away on its own. After several weeks of uneven hot and cold temperatures inside of our home, my wife and I decided to contact a HVAC provider. We researched several companies online, before making our final decision. We certainly tried to do an exhaustive amount of research, before choosing a HVAC company. Even though we prepared, we still ended up with a negative experience from the HVAC repairman. We needed to have our central air conditioning system repaired, and that meant having a new section installed. When the HVAC repairman walked through the apartment and into the garage, I heard the box slam down on the garage floor. I walked inside of the garage, to see if everything was fine. The HVAC repairman gave me a dirty look, and continued with his task. After all of the repairs were completed, I paid the HVAC repairman and he left. I contacted the manager of the HVAC company to tell them about my experience, and he acted enjoy I was lying. A few nights later, the same concern started happening with the central heat and air unit, again. I knew the section must have been broken from being thrown onto the floor with no regard. I contacted the supplier again, and they had to come out and repair the same section, again, free of charge. Luckily, the second repair covered under the 90-day repair warranty. I still think that the A/C repairman broke the parts in the box on the garage floor.
