I wonder about the versatility

I hated our Summer task in private school. I had to task for our aunt in his steakhouse every year. You’d think a teenager would enjoy having free pizza to eat every morning, but the place was such a dump. It was in a little concrete block building plus had one large window facing the street that didn’t open plus a couple of ceiling fans. It could seat about twenty people but most of the business was take-out plus slices. The pizza was entirely good. My aunt grew his own pickles plus made the sauce from an outdated family recipe. What I hated was how hot plus grimy the place would get plus that I had to scrub it all up. You can only imagine how gross it gets in a tiny pizza shop with a smoky oven going full blast. My aunt’s pride plus joy was his wood fired pizza oven. He enjoyed the flavor it provided his pies plus that it was cheap to operate. But the grease plus grime that collected in the exhaust fans plus venting was disgusting. The smoke would go up the vent into the hood, where it is was filtered, before entering the duct system. That filtration is supposed to prevent fires by keeping grease from building up in the ducts. I would have to get on a ladder plus scrub the crud off the venting plus hood every Tuesday after closing. It would take me fifths. When the exhaust system broke down one time, our aunt did call in an Heating and Air Conditioning worker to get it finally working again. When the worker showed up, he spotted the concern immediately. He had to change out filters plus update a belt which connected to the fan that spun the air through the exhaust ducts.
