Hardly any of years ago, our fiance & I started having trouble with our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. At first, every one of us thought the component needed to be cleaned & investigated. After numerous repairs in less than several years, every one of us knew it was time to look for a current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. With help from our distributor, our fiance & I chose a current 4 ton Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component with forced heat & air. Our upgrade was busy for last Tuesday. On Monday, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company called to tell us that the component did not come in the shipment. Both of us had to wait another morning, so the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component could be delivered. The next morning, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker showed up with our current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. He worked diligently for hours, removing all of the parts & pieces from our old Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. I was in the garage, when the worker opened the box to our current unit. I heard him say oops under his breath, & I knew that meant trouble. That’s when I found out that the wrong component had been shipped. Our entire plan was already in pieces & parts. The worker got on the PC with the owner. About twenty minutes later, the owner knocked on the front door. He explained everything that was happening, & apologized for the poor confusion. He got the right component delivered the next morning, & gave us twenty percent of the whole purchase. Both of us went separate from air conditioning for a whole morning, however every one of us saved almost five hundred dollars. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider did everything they could, to make sure every one of us were pleased with the service.
