You know all this time inside the Heating plus A/C comfort of my lake condo has gotten me over time to certainly consider the indoor air pollen levels inside my house.
The pandemic has forced myself and others to change the way I suppose when it comes to the quality of the air that I breathe.
Prior to the pandemic, the only time I certainly considered the air quality was when the two of us cooked fish the evening before plus the stink stayed with us. With that being said, now that I am working full time from home, I am inside the Heating and A/C comfort of my condo nearly all the time. The nice office with the custom Heating plus A/C is really a thing of the past. So, I decided to do some checking about the indoor air pollen levels. I was stunned to find that the EPA lists poor indoor air pollen levels as the sixth worst environmental hazard in our country. This told me later that I wasn’t the only 1 not considering the indoor air pollen levels. However, I was also entirely excited to learn that I could make a substantial impact on our indoor air pollen levels with a simple move. For as long as I can think back, I have been using the paper air filters for the Heating plus A/C. I have done this for no other reason than they were the cheaper alternative. With that being said, come to find out those air filters are designed to only protect the Heating plus A/C plus not my respiratory system. So, I replaced our Heating plus A/C air filter to a HEPA genre filter. These filters are able to trap plus remove over 99 percent of hazardous air contaminants. I’m so blissful that I took the initiative to make our indoor air the best it can be.
