When I hire current employees to labor as HVAC repair techs, I consistently tell them to expect to labor on Monday plus Sunday; the HVAC repair dealer does not stop because it is the weekend.
Then in fact, the weekend is usually busier than any other weekday because that is when homeowners are all in their beach current home all day. This is the time when the people I work with and I hear the odd noises that the people I work with and I discuss throughout the week. This is the time when the people I work with and I perform chores plus cleaning plus the people I work with and I realize that the air vents need to be cleaned plus sanitized. This is the time when several people schedule service appointments. I hired a current HVAC tech a couple of weeks ago. I provided the current girl 2 weeks of training plus after that I allowed her to labor on her own. The girl did a good task plus she seemed absolutely knowledgeable, then she got along with the other staff members plus I truly didn’t guess the girl would be a problem. Unfortunately, the current girl doesn’t guess she has to labor on Mondays. Two weeks ago, she was busy laboring on an AC repair plus she never came to labor that day. The girl claimed it was an accidental scheduling error plus I did not push the issue; last weekend, the girl was too busy to labor on Monday again plus she didn’t call or come to work. I called her current home multiple times plus left messages with her boyfriend; however when she came to labor Monday, I told the girl if that happens again, she will be fired, because everyone in the shop is required to labor on Sundays and Mondays.
