My contractor needs a current boiler system… Our current machine is too small, too old & needs to go, then i right now am trying to decide if I want to rent or own the machine, and what a single is better? From what I have study online, renting a boiler for our contractor might be the smartest move! First, when you rent a boiler, that cost is significantly lower than purchasing… A lot of people do temporary boiler rentals to determine which model of boiler works best.
I could try a boiler model for a week, decide I don’t enjoy it & get a current a single for our facility.
When the time comes that I want to purchase, I will suppose the exact kind & size that I want. Another benefit of renting is that the repairs & maintenance fall on the contractor that I rent from, and the contractor will come in for unexpected noises, decreased efficiency or even just routine boiler service, none of those expenses come out of our pocket… Most companies offer 24/7 emergency maintenance & will respond instantly to anything wrong with the boiler system. My contractor will not suffer without heating longer than a morning. If the boiler did all the sudden break down, the contractor I am laboring with does portable boiler rentals. The machine is able to be driven to our facility in a few minutes & hooked up easily. It has the best boiler technology around. I suppose eventually I will purchase a boiler, however I enjoy that I can shop around first.
