When I first purchased a building that includes four different apartments, I was eager to make some crucial improvements.
I honestly devoted quite a bit of time to landscaping plus curb appeal for the building. I weeded the gardens, trimmed all of the shrubs plus purchased a few potted plants to add some color. I updated the shutters plus painted the doors plus trim. I asked the renters if they had any complaints or complications with their accommodations. Three out of the four renters told me that everything in their apartments was entirely great. The fourth renter expressed various problems with the water pressure from the bathroom plus kitchen sink faucets. I went into the dwelling plus found that the aerators were basically just clogged. I demonstrated how to remove the aerators, rinse them plus reinstall them for my renter! A few days later, the renter called me up to whine about his cooling appliance not providing adequate cool air, however when I checked the cooling appliance, I abruptly realized that the air filter was totally disgusting and clogged up. I showed the renter how simple it is to remove plus clean the air filter! Over the next two weeks, the renter called me six more times! She needed help replacing light bulbs, plunging the toilet plus tightening knobs on cabinet doors. I finally was very frustrated plus told her not to call me again unless she was faced with a real emergency. Two days later, she called again. I refused to answer this time. She called back many times right in a row… Expecting something completely ridiculous, I finally accepted her call. She then informed me that the water tank had ruptured plus flooded the whole apartment.
