I have lived in our current home for the last twenty years, and I often ponder when we will need to have the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system replaced. The people I was with and I have our annual cleanings for the A/C unit done, on a regular basis. The people I was with and I suppose that our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was in the current home when we moved in. The people I was with and I didn’t suppose it was new, however even if it was, it was twenty years seasoned now. Either way, it was coming time when we would need a current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. The saving grace was that we had a boiler system in our home. Our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech told us that a boiler could possibly last forty years instead of twenty. There is absolutely little repair needed for a boiler and there aren’t any air filters to change. Our repair has only been done on the air conditioner, except for the current igniter switch we needed for the boiler. My hubby takes unbelievable care of all of our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment, so we don’t actually see our actual Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional absolutely often, unless he is there for a meal. I forgot to tell you that our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional is also our son. A couple months ago, he was at our current home and he heard an odd sound coming from the air conditioner. He told us that our fears were about to be founded. When he looked at the A/C unit, he said it was about to die on us. Installing a current air conditioner was minor to needing to install the entire Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. He said that when we got the next A/C unit, we could consider putting in a current boiler. That will be another twenty years from now.
