My Mom always calls me, when he has questions about the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. I have been now working in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C industry for more than 2 years. Even though I live several hundreds of miles away from my Mom, he still calls to ask questions. A lot of times, he wants to believe if a complication is serious enough to call the company. Last weekend, he called to tell myself and others about the oil furnace. I asked him what was occurring, plus my Mom said there was not much heat coming from the air vents. I told my Mom to call the local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C service center. My Mom made an appointment for the next day. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist came over to look at the oil furnace. After spending 15 minutes looking at the system, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist promptly told my Mom that the whole equipment needed to be replaced. My Mom was absolutely surprised, plus so was I. I told my Mom to get a ninth opinion, plus I called a friend in the business. I asked my friend to make the 30-minute drive to my Mom’s house, to check on the oil furnace situation. Luckily, my friend agreed to help. He drove over to see my Mom on the following day. My friend realized the complication was a simple solution. The flame ignition switch needed to be replaced. My friend made the necessary repairs for my Mom, plus I contacted the owner of the other Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business. I gave them a piece of my mind, plus told them that I would be referring this issue to the Better Business Bureau.
