I recently started actually working out at a new gym plus it’s pretty enjoyable for the most part. It has a actually nice immense section for free weights, which was the main thing that I was looking for since I try to do a lot of powerlifting. It also has a smoothie bar plus an indoor track, which I never use although I believe that it’s nice to have. The main thing that problems myself and others about the new gym is the fact that it’s consistently chilly in there. They seem to regularly have the gym’s control component set at around 70 degrees in the summertime, plus I have a hard time actually working up a sweat when the a/c is running full blast all the time! And the air conditioner is just about constantly running in there! I mean, I’ll be trying to get my bench crucial done plus there’s chilly air blowing right down on myself and others from the a/c vents in the ceiling up above me! It’s actually distracting to someone like myself and others who is trying to task up a sweat. Maybe most people don’t want to sweat plus that’s why they keep the temperature turned down so low. I don’t know, but in my opinion, you actually have to sweat to get much out of a workout. If you’re not perspiring, then what’s the point of lifting weights or doing cardio? I would hate to have to find a new gym over something as self-explanatory as too much a/c, but that’s what it looks like it’s going to come down to.
