The ancient boiler system

My sibling and I had a tough time getting the old boiler out of the house, this boiler system had worked for a long time, but slowly over the years it did not work so hot; It still provided heating, just not enough, but she and I then purchased an electric heating system that went well with the boiler. The boiler then died last year plus we are both finally getting around to it. The boiler is so ancient that the HVAC business we use doesn’t want it. They said all the parts on the furnace are obsolete. The condition of the furnace machine is not too fantastic either. Since it was in our basement for over 30 years, the outside of it is rusted and totally gross. They can’t even recover the metal on future Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems, but getting the boiler out of the basement, up the stairs, into my sibling’s truck then over to the dump was a whole complex project; Unhooking a heating system that has been attached since the ice age was not easy. The writing hand molded as well as burned together. The boiler was basically sealed to the floor… Also, the furnace was extremely heavy, and everyday we would transfer the boiler over another inch. The process of taking it up the stairs required a few other hands to help us out. Then, once we all finally got the boiler to the dump, our problems were solved, then who ever heard of a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company that does not want your broken Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment? I thought they would have for sure taken it.
