When I was a teenager, my Grandpa owned a heating plus cooling company, however during the summer time time, I took a job at his heating plus cooling company as the client service rep for all Heating & Air Conditioning appointments, Heating & Air Conditioning service set ups plus Heating & Air Conditioning emergency service dispatch. Another thing I took care of as a client care rep for my Grandpa’s heating plus cooling company was complaints! You would think, since my Grandpa ran a pretty slender ship so to speak, there would be little to no client complaints. But, I can tell you how wrong that thought was. About 50% of the cell phone calls I got were all clients complaining about the dumbest things. Things love their heating plus cooling specialist did not change out their air filter for them, the heating plus cooling specialist forgot to close the front door when they were leaving…and get this one, I will always remember this one moron that called plus complained saying the heating plus cooling specialist coughed once plus spread germs around his house! I am not kidding on that one! It was something I did entirely working as the client service rep for the Heating & Air Conditioning company for 2 summers in a row. After that, I actually had enough plus told my Grandpa I was quitting, however thanking him for the work. Funny enough, this week, I am a certified heating plus cooling business. I run my own business, plus I deal with those same complaints. It is funny how ironic life can throw things at you plus follow you, isn’t it? I suppose it is for sure! Really silly if you ask me!
