There is a ton of new technology these days

The world is fascinated by new technology and its overall impact on every single industry. Just try to remember life several years back from this year. Back in 2009, my friends were bragging about getting “the current iPhone”… From what I recall off the top of my head, only a few had been out at that time. I easily downloaded music from Limewire and Bearshare. I could literally drag an mp3 music file from Limewire over to iTunes to bypass buying songs individually. “Everything is increasing so suddenly” seems to be a rather worn out statement. I know a majority of people are unaware of the depth in that abused phrase. I want to point out some of the newest projects in the Heating as well as A/C device industry! Movement activated a/c devices are already present in a number of commercial buildings these days! Carrier’s website has residential and commercial dampers that can be used in HVAC ducting allowing various temperature zones to be controlled by their own designated temperature control unit… Each zone could also be remotely controlled by a smart control unit, or a combination of traditional & smart control units. Then there’s also a hybrid energy Heating as well as A/C device that uses both solar energy and natural gas to heat your household. The a/c mode of this dual energy device freezes water overnight to cool refrigerant. This process can easily reduce energy consumption levels to 60% of what traditional AC compressors would normally use. There are a few other current Heating as well as A/C device concepts in research and development stages. Simply for a bonus to put out there, consider all of the water the bunch of us all waste each year by “waiting for the water to get warm”. I’ve studied about hot water recirculation systems that are supposed to recirculate water running frosty water until it is heated, ultimately saving water and currency.
