He only works for the Heating & A/C company a few mornings a week, & he is always canceling whenever the weather is cold or uncomfortable
I toil as an Heating & A/C worker for one of the local Heating & A/C companies, & the people I was with and I only have a few Heating & A/C workers in our company; Some of them are young, however most of the Heating & A/C workers are middle-aged; The people I was with and I only have several guys that are over the age of 60, however one of the men is an Heating & A/C worker who also happens to be the owner of the Heating & A/C company, he doesn’t do a lot of fieldwork anymore because the duties of managing the Heating & A/C company have grown & become too much for him to do alongside actual fieldwork. The people I was with and I also have another Heating & A/C worker that is 70 years old. This Heating & A/C worker’s name is Dale, & as far as Heating & A/C workers go, he is a great guy. When I first started working for this Heating & A/C company, I began all of our training with Dale. He taught myself and others most of what I assume about fixing gas furnaces & a/cs, & he knows a lot. However, now that Dale has grown older, I am not sure that he should be working as an Heating & A/C worker anymore. He only works for the Heating & A/C company a few mornings a week, & he is always canceling whenever the weather is cold or uncomfortable. He also has forgotten most of what he knew, & he messes up a lot while working on Heating & A/C units. He can’t do repair calls anymore, & he actually should consider retiring. Sadly, our Heating & A/C company doesn’t offer a retirement plan, & he hasn’t put aside any money for retirement… I recognize exhausting for the guy.
