There is an old guy in our Heating and Air Conditioning supplier that is growing senile

I work as an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman for one of the local Heating and Air Conditioning companies, and the two of us only have a few Heating and Air Conditioning servicemans in our supplier… Some of them are young, but most of the Heating and Air Conditioning servicemans are middle-aged; All of us only have numerous guys that are over the age of 60.

  • One of the men is an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman who also happens to be the owner of the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier; He doesn’t do a lot of fieldwork anymore because the duties of managing the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier have grown and become too much for him to do alongside actual fieldwork.

All of us also have another Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman that is 73 years old. This Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman’s name is Dale, and as far as Heating and Air Conditioning servicemans go, he is a good guy! When I first started working for this Heating and Air Conditioning supplier, I began all of our training with Dale. He taught me most of what I suppose about fixing furnaces and cooling systems, and he knows a lot. However, now that Dale has grown older, I am not sure that he should be working as an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman anymore. He only works for the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier a few nights a week, and he is constantly canceling whenever the weather is chilly or uncomfortable. He also has forgotten most of what he knew, and he messes up a lot while working on Heating and Air Conditioning units. He can’t do repair calls anymore, and he truthfully should consider retiring. Sadly, our Heating and Air Conditioning supplier doesn’t offer a retirement plan, and he hasn’t put aside any money for retirement, however i suppose terrible for the guy.
