When I was a teenager, my Grandfather owned a heating plus cooling corporation, however during the summertime time, I took a task at his heating plus cooling company as the client maintenance rep for all HVAC appointments, HVAC maintenance set ups plus HVAC emergency maintenance dispatch. Another thing I took care of as a client care rep for my Grandfather’s heating plus cooling company was complaints! You would think, since my Grandfather ran a pretty slim ship so to speak, there would be little to no client complaints. But, I can tell you how wrong that thought was. About 50% of the iphone calls I got were all buyers complaining about the dumbest things. Things love their heating plus cooling specialist did not change out their air filter for them, the heating plus cooling specialist forgot to close the front door when they were leaving…and get this one, I will always remember this one moron that called plus complained saying the heating plus cooling specialist coughed once plus spread germs around his house! I am not kidding on that one! It was something I did entirely working as the client maintenance rep for the HVAC company for various summertimes in a row. After that, I truthfully had enough plus told my Grandfather I was quitting, but thanking him for the task. Funny enough, this week, I am a certified heating plus cooling business. I run my own business, plus I deal with those same complaints. It is funny how ironic life can throw things at you plus follow you, isn’t it? I think it is for sure! Really ridiculous if you ask me!
