I am always on the lookout for cool new apps to improve our life. There are so many handy digital inventions right at the tips of our fingers these afternoons, and it only takes a little research to find the most beneficial a singles. That’s why I’m seriously happy about the new colorless noise device app that I downloaded on our cell phone! It comes highly advised for people who suffer from insomnia, and I fall into that category. The app has a ton of peaceful sounds to choose from, including everything from rainfall to whale calls to birds whistling. I particularly adore to experiment with the many music, and find that our sleep and dreams are severely affected by the bizarre options. I’m finding, however, that the best background noise for highest quality sleep is a easy box fan. For as long as I can remember, I’ve slept with a fan running while I slept. I am seriously sensitive to the indoor air quality when I lay down for some shut eye, so I tend to make our room particularly frigid and breezy before I close our peepers. This has always included an overhead fan, and usually the addition of a smaller free sitting fan to create excellent indoor air circulation and lower the air temperature a bit. The thing is, over time, apparently I’ve become a bit too reliant on the continual hum of several fans. Even with our extravagant new colorless noise app, I get the highest quality sleep when I have a team of ventilation fans surrounding our bed.
