We don’t have many options

I have been hoping to create a home workout space so that I can cancel my gym membership soon. It would cost me a little bit of money upfront to prepare the space, but I think it would be worth it. I wouldn’t have to pay for a monthly membership, nor would I have to drive into town just to workout. So, I think that I’m going to close in my garage. If I did, I would have plenty of room for a treadmill, a weight bench, and a couple of other things. The only thing that I’m concerned about is making sure that it has a good cooling system. Without an A/C in there, I would get hot quickly, and I wouldn’t be very motivated to stick to a routine. I’ve found that working out in a climate controlled space is much more comfortable, and I’m always able to stick to my goals if I know that I can keep some cool air blowing on me while jogging or lifting weights. I’ll have a few options when it comes to closing in the garage. I can extend the HVAC unit that I already have, or I can use something like a portable A/C. I’m leaning towards using the portable air conditioner because it would be much less expensive, and I would be able to move it around to the area that I’m working in at any given time. I hope this project comes along quickly because I’m really eager to have my very own space to stay fit!
