Why did I spend this money

Only a couple of years ago, our spouse and I started having trouble with our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit. At first, all of us thought the unit needed to be cleaned and investigated. After more than two repairs in less than numerous years, all of us knew it was time to look for a new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit. The specialist got on the iphone with the owner. About twenty minutes later, the owner knocked on the front door. He explained everything that was happening, and apologized for the awful confusion. He got the right unit delivered the next day, and gave us twenty percent of the purchase. All of us went without a/c for a whole day, however all of us saved almost several hundred dollars. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C provider did everything they could, to make sure all of us were satisfied with the service.
